MudBrick Music Videos - FAQ
There are many reasons a download might not complete. The best way to proceed is to confirm you have an Internet connection and try again. If you have closed the web page with the download link, you can find a link to the order summary page in the email receipt sent to you after your purchase was completed. Click the link in the email, enter your last name and email addressed that were used to make the purchase, and you will be taken to the order summary page where you can download the video(s) again. If you did not receive this email please contact customer service.
There is a limit to how many times you can download a video and it’s possible to exceed this limit if there are technical issues preventing a successful download and you continue to retry. We understand this is frustrating, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get your purchase downloaded.

Where a file gets saved is determined either by selecting the folder when prompted during the download or by a setting in your Internet browser. If you are NOT prompted where to save your downloaded file, then you should check your Internet browser settings. Here’s information on Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
We understand the name of the file is less than intuitive. We use an industry standard code that ensures uniqueness, which we’re pretty sure, is actually more than you wanted to know. The good news is once downloaded you can easily change the name of your downloaded file to whatever you want. Additionally, each file contains the actual song information embedded within its metadata. What this means is if you were to add this file to your iTunes it will automatically populate the name and artist fields and you will never have to be bothered by that weird file name again!
The artist collection consists of ALL the artist’s music videos and audio versions (MP3’s) that you see on our web site. It also contains an artist slide show, links to all the artist’s MudBrick Music Videos social media sites. In addition, for any artist who has appeared on the Java 5 Concert Series, the collection will contain a copy of the artist’s episode.
The artist collection is downloaded as a single compressed folder, called a ZIP file. Chances are you have worked with ZIP files before, but if not, you can find more information for Windows or Mac. Once you have “unzipped” the file you can click on the “_README.html” for further instructions. All content included in the artist collection is presented in a web page format and easily accessed using your favorite Internet browser.
